There aren’t very many people with a track record who can take someone out-of-shape, over-weight, and completely unhealthy and get them to lose weight FAST and keep it off for good. Yet, thousands of people are being suckered into believing these clever marketing companies over and over. They practically just put a new wrapper on some of that junk and pass it off as something new. Well, here is the REAL NO B.S. truth about this lie. You CAN’T take a pill and lose weight. Yes, you may lose a little in the beginning, but you won’t keep it off. You put your health in danger when you take this crap and you really never learn the real “proven results” way of getting rid of fat. These “diet pill” companies are racking in the big buck (in the Billions folks, that’s right BILLIONS of dollars) preying on your emotions for weight loss and hoping you will just whip out your wallet and give them your hard earned cash knowing well that what they are selling you isn’t going to work for you. Most of the diet pills just dehydrate you or cause you to spend a lot more time in the bathroom than you’d really like to. Now, I don’t know about you, but I try not to put my health at risk. That is what you are doing each and every time you pop one of these pills. Now, having the right nutrition and taking the right supplements (NOT weight loss pills) can help you lose weight, but it really needs to be done with a proper diet and exercise plan. And remember this, there is NO pill you can buy that will melt fat off by doing nothing. Deadliest Weight Loss Lie #2: Do you know why there are so many “weight loss gadgets” that are being sold on late night TV every night? That’s because millions of overweight people seeking to be thin are being suckered into buying these contraptions again and again. If you are like most, you probably have a garage or spare bedroom full of these things that NEVER worked. But wait… What about those incredibly great looking and muscular thin models that were using the gadget. They got thin, muscular, and sexy using it only 3 minutes a day… And, I can look like them if I buy it. Well, I hate to be the one to tell you about this lie, but they are hired actors/fitness models who have put in a lot of time, work, and effort to get the body that you see on TV. Not to mention they’ve dehydrated themselves just to look that cut. And, the worst part is that they never even used the gadget that you are being sold except for the time that they shot the marketing video. Then, you see the testimonials from all the people who say they’ve used the machine and got insane results. First, results vary and what they don’t tell you is all the other things that they had to do to reach their weight loss goals. They aren’t telling you the real underlying truth. Again, you can lose some weight with some of the gadgets out there, but the real NO B.S. Truth about weight loss gadgets is that they don’t work. Just remember, you can’t just workout 3 minutes 3 times per week and believe you are going to burn fat off your body. The bottom line is: If you want real weight loss results, you have to follow the right way to do cardio, strength training, follow a proper eating lifestyle, and learn how to eliminate stress that keeps fat on your body in the right way. Deadliest Weight Loss Lie #3: Okay, I am just going to come right out on this one and call it like I see it… B.S.! There isn’t a diet that I know of that helps people really lose weight in the long run. Yes, people lose some weight in the beginning, but it usually doesn’t last because of the completely insane things you have to do and never really learning about nutrition and how to eat. I have written diet books that work, but what makes mine different is the fact that you learn what to eat, how to NEVER count calories, and then start building a eating lifestyle that fits you so you can enjoy your life without feeling like you are being deprived of something. Also, DIETS WRECK HAVOC ON YOUR METABOLISM! If you’ve been on a diet and then gained it all back plus more it’s because your metabolism was being crushed from being on such a crazy eating plan. The diet probably wanted you to eat zero carbohydrates and cut your calories so you can lose weight. Well, when you aren’t doing anything else but trying to diet for weight loss, then that is the only solution for losing weight. But, what this does is sends you body into “starvation mode” causing you to actually gain more weight than lose weight. You go from once being somewhat overweight to gaining more and then really overweight. Not only does your body get put into “starvation mode”, but your metabolism starts to slow down to maintain what you’ve been doing to it. Then, as you age along with constant “yo-yo weight gain and loss” you begin to take longer to get rid of it. Not really what you were looking for, was it? Bottom line on this: FAD DIETS DON’T deliver results. Heck, Even Oprah will tell you if you want to gain weight, just go on a diet and watch the pounds pack on. First, let me tell you a little about me and why I am qualified to teach this program to you… My name is Jason Froehlich a.k.a. Sgt. F. I go by Sgt.
