Former Marine, Sgt. Jason Froehlich is a native of Dickinson, North
Dakota. He has been fascinated with exercise, food and how it helps you gain muscle and lose fat since he was
18 years old.
Once he started training in martial arts when he was 18 and competing, he quickly realized the importance of
having a good diet and how food was used for fuel and ultimately performance.
He also begain to realize the importance of strength training and cardio workouts to maintain a healthy and lean
body.
He wanted to be a champion and he knew that if you wanted to be a champion, then you needed to do everything
that a champion does and that includes eating right.
He became very wise to eating and taking in the right food as well as learning what exercises helped him perform
best.
In the summer of 1994, and after being out of high school for 3 years, his friends started asking him what
he did and what he ate to stay in such great shape since only after 3 years they seemed to pack on the pounds. He
realized then that if they would have just followed the same meal plan and exercise routine that he did they would
have stayed skinny as well.
In October of 1994, he joined the Marine Corps and started to understand and get further knowledge of food, the
right exercise for not only building a better physique but building function fitness, and what really
makes you gain weight and what doesn’t.
In February of 1997, he made the All Marine
Corps Martial Arts Team and got more schooling on eating to keep your weight down, the very best workout
routine to shed weight, and to keep your body performing optimally.
In October of 1998 he left the Marine Corps and started managing gyms for the next 6 years were he put his
knowledge of “dieting” and his form of "Military Exercising" to the test and watched people lose weight with what
he shared with them.
He is continuing to expand his meal plans and exercise routines so everyone can gain from the benefits
of losing weight the way he shows them.

celebrity-class workouts that deliver results within days instead of wasted months in the gym. These workouts and
